The Office for Safe Environments is closed for restructuring and is scheduled to reopen on May 1, 2010.  During the time that the Office is closed, please follow the guidelines listed below:

·         Complete safe environments paperwork as required, filling in any required dates (for signatures) with the date "May 1,2010."

·          Once paperwork is completed with the required date of May 1, 2010, and after the completed forms are proofread for completeness, please send the completed forms to the Office for Safe Environments, along with any required payment for fees.

·          If you have any urgent or emergency questions regarding safe environments, please contact me at Saint Joseph Rectory in Occum at (860) 822-8020. I will try and return calls as soon as possible.

 In regard to forms that are already being processed, every effort will be made to process them as quickly as possible and to inform you of the results.
