Students at St. Michael School Enjoy a Visit from Bishop Cote

Last week, St. Michael School in Pawcatuck welcomed a special visit from Bishop Cote and Superintendent Dr. Gail Kingston, bringing an enriching experience to our school community. The visit was a delightful opportunity for our students to engage with these esteemed guests and showcase their talents.

During their time at St. Michael School, Bishop Cote and Dr. Kingston engaged in meaningful conversations with our students. Our young learners had the chance to pose insightful questions to Bishop Cote, showcasing their curiosity and eagerness to learn. Additionally, students had the opportunity to share their original poems with the Bishop, a moment that highlighted their creativity and dedication to their studies.

The visit left a lasting impact on our school community, inspiring both students and staff alike. Bishop Cote remarked on the students' respectful demeanor and their inquisitive nature, praising them for their enthusiasm and engagement during the visit. Dr. Kingston also expressed her admiration for the school's nurturing environment and the students' eagerness to learn and grow.

The presence of Bishop Cote and Dr. Kingston at St. Michael School served as a reminder of the importance of fostering curiosity, respect, and creativity in our students. Their visit not only enriched our educational experience but also strengthened the bonds within our school community. We are grateful for the valuable insights and inspiration they brought to our students and look forward to future opportunities for collaboration and growth.
