The 27th annual Firefighters-EMS Mass will be celebrated at 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 19th. The procession of firefighters, EMS personnel, fire trucks and other rescue vehicles led by the Connecticut Pipes and Drums, will begin at Chelsea Parade in Norwich and make its journey along Broadway to the Cathedral of St. Patrick.
The Most Reverend Bishop Michael R. Cote, concelebrants, family, friends and local community will welcome the many men and women who freely choose to risk their lives to save the lives of others.
The Prayer for Personnel will be recited, followed by the Roll of Honor to remember the many who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
