Advocating for Life: 2019 CT Pro-Life Conference

Are you interested in learning how to effectively advocate for pro-life concerns in CT?  

The CT Catholic Conference, Euthanasia Prevention Coalition- USA (www.epcc.ca), and Family Institute of CT are jointly sponsoring this event in collaboration with Pro-Life Ministry of the Archdiocese of Hartford.  It is a day of workshops and discussions on November 2, 2019 at St. Paul Catholic High School in Bristol.

The St. Paul Catholic High School Pro-Life Club, recipients of the 2019 CT Right to Life Agnes Giannini Youth Award, will also be involved.

  • Local and national advocates will speak about topics that are active at the Connecticut legislature.   Active topics include: assisted suicide, pregnancy resource centers, and family concerns.
  • Please know your advocacy will be needed at the State Capitol next year and this conference will help prepare you and your family with facts and skills.
  • Workshops will include effective letter writing and how to lobby state legislators.

Monthly Pro-Life Mass to be Held December 6th
The monthly Diocesan Pro-Life Mass will take place at the Cathedral of St. Patrick in Norwich on Saturday, December 6 at 8:30 A.M. Please join our celebrant Rev. Raymond Introvigne, at Mass as we pray to end abortion and for the healing for those who have had an abortion. Following the Mass, the Rachel Rosary will be prayed at the Cathedral. A brunch in the Cathedral Hall will follow the Rosary this month.
