Sept. 19 is Deadline to Register for Anniversary Mass

The September 19 deadline for registering for the 2022 Silver and Golden Jubilee Anniversary Mass is fast approaching. This is a firm date, so please register soon if you plan to attend.

The Mass, which will take place October 16 at the Cathedral of St. Patrick in Norwich, is open to all couples married 25 & 50 years or celebrating any significant anniversary year. Bishop Michael Cote will celebrate this annual Mass which honors the enduring love of married couples. 

To register, send the following information:  husband and wife’s name, address, telephone number, wedding date, anniversary being celebrated and parish to: Mary-Jo McLaughlin, Catholic Family Services Coordinator, 199 Broadway, Norwich, CT 06360, call 860-848-2237, Ext 312, or email at mmclaughlin@norwichdiocese.net. 

Couples may also email McLaughlin a recent digital photo of themselves in a jpeg format to be included in a video and gallery of pictures on the Diocesan Website.  Mass will begin promptly at 2 P.M. All attendees are asked to be seated in the Cathedral by 1:45 P.M. There will be open seating in the church.
