Hope and Healing for the Divorced, Separated - June 15, 2019 in Portland, CT

Hope and Healing for the Divorced, Separated

The Catholic Family Services Office is offering a program for Catholics experiencing the pain and hurt of losing a marriage relationship. Entitled Hope and Healing: Surviving Divorce and Separation, it will take place Saturday, June 15, 2019, from 9 A.M. to 2 P.M. at St. Mary Church Hall, 45 Freestone Ave., Portland, CT.

This workshop will give you time for personal reflection, group sharing, prayer, ritual, journaling, and support with other Catholics seeking hope and healing as you gently move forward in your life.

The cost for the day is $15, which includes materials and lunch. Registration is required. To register, contact Mary-Jo McLaughlin at 860-848-2237, Ext. 312 or email at mmclaughlin@norwichdiocese.net.

The Holy Tunic will travel almost four miles from Argenteuil, France, to the pope’s youth vigil at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis. A Peaceful Witness for Life The Diocese of Norwich began its 2026 observance of 40 Days for Life with a Vigil Mass on September 22 at the Cathedral of St. Patrick in Norwich, opening 40 days of prayer, fasting and peaceful witness for the protection of unborn life.
