The Most Reverend Michael R. Cote, D.D., Bishop of the Diocese of Norwich, invites you to join him in a benefit for the children of Haiti.

For nearly 40 years, Diocese of Norwich has been twinned with the Archdiocese of Port-au-Prince and through its ministry Outreach has been helping our Haitian brothers and sisters at our center in the Christ Roi (Christ the King) neighborhood and 14 Haitian parishes twinned with U.S. parishes. Your gift helps support many thousands of families, aiding the very poor with medical and health care services, food and nutrition, education scholarships, small business development, parish twinning program and many more services.

A silent auction will feature Goodspeed Show Tickets, Red Sox & Yankee Games’ Tickets, Haitian Artwork, Crafts and Local Artists Craft Works and Baskets of Cheer!

Calm seas and a gentle breeze helped to carry the Stonington fishing fleet out past Stonington Point on Sunday, July 27, for the Holy Cross Community’s annual Blessing of the Fleet, a tradition dating back 70 years.
