Rite of Election

Catechumens and candidates were welcomed by Bishop Michael R. Cote at the Rite of Election Liturgy held Sunday March 1st at the Cathedral of Saint Patrick.

 

Junior Ring Ceremony

Students at Xavier High School celebrated a rite of passage when they received their Junior Rings in a special ceremony on January 31 at the school.

 

There also are columns by Bishop Cote, Outreach to Haiti, the Office of Faith Events, the schools, and news from the ministries within the Diocese.

On August 16th, the Sunday after the Solemnity of the Assumption, parishioners of Saint Joseph Church in Rockville were invited to bring flowers, herbs, and fruits to be blessed after the 10 am Mass as they gathered together for the annual St. Joseph’s Parish Picnic.
