Father Michael Castiblanco Ordained to the Priesthood
A celebration of the ordination to the priesthood of Reverend Michael Castiblanco for service as a priest in the Diocese of Norwich took place June 29, 2019. The Ritual Mass for the Conferral of Holy Orders took place at the Cathedral of St. Patrick in Norwich, with the Most Reverend Michael R. Cote, D.D., Bishop of Norwich, as the ordaining celebrant. DHS Jubilarians Celebrate Faithful Service
By Ryan Blessing The Daughters of the Holy Spirit celebrated a combined total of 855 years of service by 16 Jubilarians at a special Mass on June 2 at the St. Joseph Church in Willimantic. Six of the Jubilarians marked anniversaries of 70 years with the DHS. Hundreds attend Annual Chrism Mass
The annual Chrism Mass took place Tuesday morning at the Cathedral of St. Patrick in Norwich, where hundreds of faithful communicants continued the celebration of Holy Week leading up to Easter.
