Responsibilities

  •     Greet and assist students, families, and visitors
  •     Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and ordering supplies
  •     Manage phones, emails, attendance, and student records
  •     Support teachers and administration with scheduling and communication
  •     Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all office tasks

Qualifications

  •     Strong communication and organizational skills
  •     Proficiency with basic computer programs (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office)
  •     Ability to multitask in a busy school environment
  •     Friendly, patient, and committed to the mission of Sacred Heart School
  •     Preferably Bachelor’s degree; secretarial work experience needed

Additional Notes
Full-time position for the current 2026/2027 school year; to begin as soon as possible.
