St. Vincent de Paul Middletown, Inc. exists to meet needs and offer hope by providing food, clothing, shelter and basic human services to community members who experience food, income and housing insecurity. Our Soup Kitchen, which was SVDM’s founding program, now nourishes 200 community members on a daily basis and is managed by a professionally trained chef. We also operate the Amazing Grace Free Community Market (AGFCM), which serves 1,250 families monthly. Additionally, SVDM provides housing case management services for 128 formerly homeless individuals and 35 veterans, as well as a cold weather shelter during the winter months.
