The Most Reverend Bishop Cote has announced a special triennial collection for the Archdiocese for the Military Services, U.S.A. This appeal will be taken up on November 5-6, 2022.  The collection’s theme is “Serving Those Who Serve.”

The collection will be taken up at all Masses on November 5 and 6, 2022.

The mission of the Archdiocese for the Military Services, U.S.A. is to provide pastoral care and ministry (as any other Catholic Diocese does) to Catholics serving in the United States Armed Forces, and to those enrolled in U.S. Military Academies, to any of those undergoing treatment in the 153 Department of Veteran Affairs’ medical centers in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam, and to those working civilian jobs for the federal government beyond the borders of the United States as well as to families of these populations.

Since the Archdiocese receives no other funding from the government or the military, it relies solely on individual donations.
